How Attic Standard works
The Global Price Benchmark for AI Inference
We exist to answer one question: are buyers of AI inference paying a fair price?
THE CHALLENGE
Buyers of AI inference cannot answer the question that buyers in every other infrastructure market take for granted: is this price fair? Vendors publish in units of their own choosing, rates move week to week, and there is no neutral series to check them against. Buyers cannot tell whether they overpay, finance teams cannot forecast the line item, and multi-year agreements are signed against a vendor’s own rate card, with no independent reference to anchor the price at signing or to adjust it as the market moves.
WHAT WE DO
Attic Standard is the independent price reporting agency for AI inference. We turn published vendor rates into indexes that buyers and sellers can price their contracts against, the role price reporting agencies have long performed in established commodity markets such as energy, metals and freight.

WHO WE SERVE
Independence: Attic Standard sells no inference, holds no position in the prices it measures, and accepts no payment for inclusion.
